 Zehni Sukoon aur Pareshani Se Nijat Ka Wazifa



​Aaj ki is bhaag-daur bhari zindagi mein har dusra shakhs depression, anxiety, ya be-sakooni ka shikar hai. Kabhi ghar ke masail, toh kabhi career ki fikr—insan ka sukoon jaise kahin kho gaya hai. Lekin Quran-e-Pak mein Allah farmata hai:

​"Bala zikrillahi tatma’innul quloob" > (Beshak, Allah ke zikr mein hi dilon ka sukoon hai).

​Agar aapka dil bhi ghabrata hai ya zehan har waqt pareshan rehta hai, toh yeh post aapke liye hai.

​1. Dil Ke Sukoon Ke Liye "Ya Salamu" Ka Vird

​Allah Ta’ala ka sifaati naam "Al-Salam" (Salamti dene wala) be-had taqatwar hai. Agar aapko lagta hai ke aapka zehan muntashir (confused) hai, toh yeh amal karein:

​Har namaz ke baad 141 martaba "Ya Salamu" parhein.

​Parhte waqt apna seedha hath (right hand) apne dil par rakhein.

​Is se dil ki ghabraat khatam hoti hai aur ek ajab sukoon mehsoos hota hai.

​2. Gham aur Fikr Door Karne ki Masnoon Dua

​Jab Nabi Kareem (S.A.W) par koi mushkil aati ya aap (S.A.W) pareshan hote, toh yeh dua kasrat se parhte:

​"Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Bi-Rahmatika Astaghees"

(Ay Zinda aur Qayam Rehne wale, Main Teri Rehmat ke zariye Tujh se madad mangta hoon).

​Parhne ka tareeqa:

​Subah aur sham 7, 11 ya 33 martaba iska maamool banayein.

​Yeh dua har tarah ke zehni dabao (stress) ke liye ek dhaal ki tarah kaam karti hai.

3. Surah Ad-Duha: Mayusi Ka Elaj

​Surah Ad-Duha tab nazil hui thi jab Nabi (S.A.W) ek waqt ke liye thore pareshan thay. Yeh Surah mayusi ko khatam karne ke liye behtareen hai.

​Agar aapko lage ke raste band ho gaye hain, toh din mein ek baar tarjume ke saath Surah Ad-Duha parhein.

​Iska mafhoom aapko yeh yaqeen dilayega ke Allah ne aapko chhoda nahi hai aur aapka aney wala waqt guzre huye waqt se behtar hoga.

​Behtar Zehni Sehat Ke Liye 3 Mashwaray

​Wazifa ke saath saath, in baaton par amal karne se sukoon jaldi milega:

​Tahajjud ki Adat: Raat ke sannate mein Allah se baatein karna depression ka sabse bada ilaj hai.

​Sajda Taweel Karein: Science bhi kehti hai ke sajday ki halat mein insan ka zehni dabao kam hota hai. Allah ke kareeb ho kar apna bojh halka karein.

​Mafi Dena Sikhein: Dusron ke liye dil mein bughz (nafrat) rakhne se apna sukoon barbad hota hai. Allah ki raza ke liye maaf kar dein.

​Conclusion (Khulasa)

​Sukoon paisay ya luxury mein nahi, balkay Allah ki yaad mein hai. Jab hum apne maamlaat Allah ke supurd kar dete hain, toh woh hamari pareshaniyon ko sukoon mein badal deta hai.

​Aaj hi se in azmuda wazaif ko apni zindagi ka hissa banayein aur dekhein kaise aapki zindagi pur-sukoon ho jati hai.
